Before you turn your\u00a0Telegram chat into a book<\/strong>, you first have to install the Telegram desktop app<\/strong> on your PC.<\/p>\n

Only the Telegram desktop app offers the option to export your chat.<\/p>\n

You can then upload the chat you want to turn into a book to zapptales.<\/p>\n

We\u2018ll now show you\u00a0how to export your Telegram chat and how to upload it to zapptales.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In the desktop app, open the chat<\/strong> you want to transform into a book by clicking on the name of your chat partner.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>

In the desktop app, open the chat<\/strong> you want to transform into a book by clicking on the name of your chat partner.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>

Click<\/strong> on the three dots<\/strong> in the top right hand corner above the chat. Now, select “Export chat history”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>

In the “Chat export settings” window, we recommend you select all file types<\/strong> (pictures, videos, voice messages etc.) and increase the max. amount to 1500 MB<\/strong> by moving the slider to the right. If you like, you can set an individual storage path. If not, your chat will be saved in your downloads folder by default.<\/p>\n

Now, click on “Export” <\/b>in the bottom right hand corner.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>

In order to be able to upload your data to zapptales, you now have to pack your data into a ZIP file<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Please follow these steps to do so:<\/p>\n

  1. Select all folders \/ files<\/li>\n
  2. Right click on one of the selected folders \/ files<\/li>\n
  3. Move your cursor to “Send to”<\/li>\n
  4. Click on “Compressed (zipped) folder”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You have now created a ZIP file. This ZIP file is saved under the same name and in the same place as the original file.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>
