If not, please\u00a0<strong>update to the latest version<\/strong>\u00a0through the app store.<\/li>\n<li>Sometimes the iPhone has some difficulties in processing big amounts of data and is not able to upload the chat if there are too many other apps opened at the same time. Therefore, we recommend you to\u00a0<strong>close all other apps<\/strong>\u00a0(by double clicking on the home button and swiping up all the other apps)\u00a0<strong>and to try the upload again<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Sometimes a\u00a0<strong>lack of free space<\/strong>\u00a0in the iPhone might cause the upload to stop. Please\u00a0<strong>check how much memory is left on your phone<\/strong>. In case it is under\u00a0<strong>2 GB<\/strong>\u00a0we recommend deleting some files in order to free some space.
