This can have different reasons:\n<ol>\n<li>You have\u00a0<strong>left the app<\/strong>\u00a0during the upload and the chat upload has crashed\n<ul>\n<li>It is very important to not leave the app during the whole uploading process. In case you have left the app, you\u2019d have to upload the chat again in order to have everything on the editing page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You\u00a0<strong>don\u2019t have a stable Wifi Connection<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>no Wifi<\/strong>\u00a0connection at all and with this, the chat upload has crashed\n<ul>\n<li>Please connect your phone with a stable Wifi connection and reupload the chat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please make sure that you have a stable WLAN connection during the chat upload and do not close or leave the zapptales app. If your chat is still not uploaded correctly, please contact our support team: <a href=\"mailto:support@zapptales.com\">support@zapptales.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This can have\u00a0different reasons: The\u00a0uploading process hasn\u2019t worked out.
