If your chat is too long for a book (more than 350 pages) and you would like to divide it into volumes you can follow these steps:

• Choose the start and end date for the first volume using the time selection tool located on the left side of the page. Order the corresponding book. It is enough if the book is in the cart, you don’t need to go further in the order and payment process. Close this window.
• Open your chat again using the link we sent you per Email when you exported your chat.
• Choose the start and end date for the second (third, fourth, etc.) volume using the time selection tool located on the left side of the page. Order the corresponding book.
• Once you have all the volumes you wanted in your cart you can proceed with the order and payment process.

By following these steps you will obtain the quantity discounts you can find in our website.
