The are the most frequently asked questions – and their answers 😊

That depends on the number of pages and your choice of product:

  • The hardcover version costs 35.90€ for books up to 100 pages, +4€ for every additional 50 pages. Books with more than 1,000 pages automatically receive a volume discount;
  • The softcover version costs 32.90€ for books up to 100 pages, +4€ for every additional 50 pages. Books with more than 1,000 pages automatically receive a volume discount;
  • The digital version, available in PDF, costs 16.90€ up to 500 pages, +1€ for every additional 50 pages, and is ready for instant download.

If you want voice messages / voice notes / audios and videos as QR codes in your book, the cost is €7.90 for a storage period of 10 years, no matter how many QR codes your book has. You can extend the storage period by 5 more years for €3 each time.

By the way: You get a 25% discount on each additional copy! 😊

In addition to your book, you also have the option to save your chat permanently at zapptales. For a one-time fee of €7.90, your chat will be stored in the zapptales cloud for 10 years. If you want, you can extend this storage period for 5 more years for €3 each.

The delivery time begins on the first working day after we have received your order.

As soon as your book has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link where you can check your shippment status at any time.

*International shippments are with DHL World Premium, which includes the cost of customs clearance as well as import taxes.

** In some cases the international shipping time can take longer than expected due to longer processing times in the customs clearance (in some cases up to 15-20 working days). Please contact our support@zapptales.com for more information.

zapptales ships your book of your WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, iMessage, Threema or Telegram chat to almost every country in the world. Should your chosen country not be on the list above, please contact support@zapptales.com to find out more about delivery times and prices.

Yes, that’s possible. With this, you can, for example, add new messages to a chat you have already uploaded or add a part which is missing due to changing your phone or phone number. You can even combine WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, iMessage, Threema or Telegram chats in one book with this option 😊

All you have to do is to upload the chats separately to zapptales and then inform our support team via support@zapptales.com – before you place an order. The team will then start the merge directly via our software. 😊

Good to know: If the chats overlap, our software automatically sorts the messages in chronological order when they are merged.

This can have different reasons:

  • The uploading process hasn’t worked out. This can have different reasons:
    1. You have left the app during the upload and the chat upload has crashed
      • It is very important to not leave the app during the whole uploading process. In case you have left the app, you’d have to upload the chat again in order to have everything on the editing page.
    2. You don’t have a stable Wifi Connection or no Wifi connection at all and with this, the chat upload has crashed
      • Please connect your phone with a stable Wifi connection and reupload the chat

Please make sure that you have a stable WLAN connection during the chat upload and do not close or leave the zapptales app. If your chat is still not uploaded correctly, please contact our support team: support@zapptales.com
