Problems exporting your chat via Android

My email is stuck in the outboxWi-Fi connection is unstable1) Check if your Wi-Fi connection is stable.
2) Close your e-mail app completely and open it again. Alternatively, you can refresh your outbox
2My email app keeps crashingThe smartphone can’t handle the big data volume1) Check if your email is trying to also send videos. If that’s the case, you should delete them before exporting your chat
2) Try to send us the chat via a different email app. There’s always the choice between the native app of your phone or the app of your email provider
3) If it’s still not working we suggest you send us the chat without media. You can upload the pictures afterwards on our chat edition page
