Instagram has split my chat into several ZIP files. What should I do now?
If you have a very large chat, it can happen that Instagram splits it into several ZIP files.
In order to turn your entire chat into a book, please take these steps:
- Upload each part of your chat to zapptales separately. Please follow these instructions
- Once you have uploaded all parts of your chat, please contact us on support@zapptales.com so that we can connect your chats for you
- As soon as we have merged your chats, you can start creating your Instagram chat book.
